1、靈龜八法針刺配合推拿治療腰痛20例臨床觀察楊鎭昇（香港屮醫藥管理委員會註冊屮醫師、醫學碩士）【摘要】目的：探討靈龜八法針刺配合推拿治療腰痛的臨床意義。方法：通過靈龜八法針刺配合推拿治療腰痛20例與常規針刺配合推拿治療腰痛30例對照比較，採用腰痛常規評判法及簡式McGill疼痛問卷(MPQ)和視覺仿真定級(VAS)評定法。觀察其臨床效果。結果：1•腰痛常規評判法：治療組有效率達90%，優於對照組(86.67%)P<0.01>有顯著性差異。2•疼痛判定結果：兩組從MPQ及VAS疼痛積分、不同針刺療效指數、疼痛緩解率等比較，都顯示治療組優於對照組。特別是在疼痛緩解方面存在較人優勢。並顯示經10次治

2、療後疼痛緩解最明顯。結論：採用靈龜八法選穴治療腰痛可在最佳時效內通過針刺所開穴位，使奇經八脈的作用得以充分發揮，而達到調和氣血，舒經通絡的作用，對治療腰痛及緩解疼痛存在較人優勢。並配合推拿起到活血化瘀，舒經止痛的作用。兩者合用得到預期的療效。【關鍵字】靈龜八法針刺療法推拿療法腰痛ClinicalEffectivenessofLingGuiBaFaAcupunctureTherapyinConjunctionwiththeApplicationofTuiNaMassageinManagementofChronicWaistPainObjective:Toexploretheclinicalef
