1、浅谈我国网络银行发展现状、存在的问题与对策［扌商要］网络银行作为21世纪一种新兴的金融业,其低廉的成本和广阔的前景，已越来越得到人们的重视。网络银行的发展将金融服务业推向信息化的最前沿，金融服务不仅在内容上迅速扩大，在手段上也正面临新的变革。网络银行与传统银行相比，具有独特的优势和特点，网上银行以其交易快速、便捷、不受时空限制等特点正逐渐为人们所接受。但同时，网络银行在信用基础、银行监替、法律规范及内容管理体系等一系列问题上，对传统银行体制也提出了新的挑战。面对挑战，我国网络银行的发展与监督对策应是营造我国网络银行发展的良好环境，培育我国网络银行主体积极发展，
2、加强对网络银行的有效监管。论文首先阐述了网络银行的概念及运行特点；其次分析了我国网络银行的发展历程及现状；最后就我国网络银行发展存在的问题提出对策。论文认为虽然我国网络银行起步晚，网络设施不完善，资金投入不足，但只要各个金融机构加快设施基础建设，增加资金投入，加强人员专业培训，逐步健全法规，就能在将来的国际交融竞争中立于不败之地。［关键词］网络银行发展现状问题对策TheDevelopmentOfNetworkBankingInChina[Abstract]Internetbankingasanemerging21stcentury,thefinancialin
