1、随着经济全球化进程的加速，以及市场竞争的日趋激烈，企业融资问题已经成为世界性的长久课题。世界各国的经验表明，企业发展所面临的最普遍和最关键的制约因素就是融资问题。企业融资方式的选择合理性不仅决定了融资的有效性,更具有广泛的影响。从宏观层面看，企业融资的合理与否会影响资源配置的有效性。从微观层面看,企业融资的合理与否会影响上市公司质量的提高。在研究了哈尔滨动力设备集团融资方式的选择情况。从哈尔滨动力设备集团总体融资行为方面进行了探讨和研究，描述了哈尔滨动力设备集团的融资现状，指出了现有融资行为所引发的问题，并
