1、M（岛素泵治疗1型糖尿病的临床分析doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.16摘要目的：探讨胰岛素泵治疗1型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月-2014年1月收治1型糖尿病患者100例，随机分为胰岛索泵持续皮下胰岛素输注（CSII）组和传统的多次皮下注射胰岛素法（MSII）组各50例。CSII组给予胰岛素泵持续皮下泵入短效优泌林，据血糖值调整用量。MSII组于三餐前皮下注射短效优泌林和睡前皮下注射中效优泌林。结果：两组患者治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗后均明显下降，与治疗前比较差异有统

2、计学意义（P<0.05）oCSII组下降幅度明显优于MSII组，两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）oCSII组胰岛素用量26.9±8.0U/B,未发生低血糖反应，MSII组胰岛素用量34・6±6・5U/日,发生低血糖反应2例（4.0%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。结论：胰岛素泵治疗1型糖尿病，具有血糖控制效果好、胰岛索应用量少、发生低血糖率低等优点，值得临床推广。关键词胰岛素胰岛素泵1型糖尿病Clinicalanalysisofinsulinpumpintreatmentoftype1diabetesWangYanDepartmento
