1、肺癌患者血清SAA水平及英临床意义[摘耍]冃的探讨肺病患者血清淀粉样物质A(SAA)的表达，及在临床中的价值。方法采用免疫散射比浊法检测100例健康对照者及75例肺癌早期患者和53例屮、晚期肺癌患者手术前后血清SAA的水平。结果健康对照组血清SAA[(6.58±0.52)mg/L]、肺癌组血清SAA[(88.36±5.23)mg/L]、肺癌早期组血清SAA[(68.88土5.23)mg/L]、肺癌中、晚期组血清SAA[(115.56±7.26)mg/L]均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且中、晚期组较早期组升

2、高(P<0・01);肺癌转移组手术前血清SAA水平[(121.42±6.89)mg/L]明显高于术后3个月[(45.6±3.65)mg/L](P<0.01);肺癌无转移组手术后3个月血清SAA[⑵.6.6±2.89)mg/L]也明显较术前[(73.82土5.69)mg/L]降低(P<0.01)o结论肺癌患者血清中SAA存在表达异常,测定肺癌患者血清SAA水平可以帮助肺癌临床分期、预后判断和作为病悄监测的重要指标。[关键词]SAA;肺癌;免疫散射比浊法[中图分类号]R734.2[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-
