7、一阶段1.1确定传动方案(1)、传动方案:方案:电动机直接通过带传动接在两级圆柱齿轮减速器上,该方案的优点是圆柱齿轮的设计、加工制造容易,采用卧式两级圆柱齿轮减速器。(2)、减速器内部工作方式:展开式斜齿啮合和直齿啮合。(3)、减速器的总传动比为36.30,其中带传动为2,高速级为4.86,低速级为3.74。(4)、部分面形式:水平剖分面形式。(5)、轴承类型:圆锥滚子轴承和深沟球轴承。(6)、联轴器类型:HL和TL系列(7)、传动方案简图如下:-26-1.2电动机的选择1、电动机的输出功率的计算已知工作机的扭矩T和卷筒转速,则工
