2、heavytrafficincitieshasbeensolvedeffectively.Thedevelopmentofhigh-speedrailwayinChinahasresultedinnone-transferbetweenthecitiesandchangedthetraditionalconceptsoftimeandspace.However,safeoperationisthemostimportantforthedevelopmentofrailtransit.Thetraincontrolsystem,asoneofthekeyt
3、echnologiestoensurethesafetyoftherailtransit,hasbeenunderrapiddevelopmentinChinathroughindependentinnovation.ThetrainoperationcontrolsystemusedinChinarailway(CTCS)andthecommunication-basedtraincontrolsystemusedinChinaurbanrailtransit(CBTC)weredescribedinthispaper.Inordertosatisfy
4、therequirementsofconnectivityforintegratedrailtransitnetwork,lowcarbonenergyefficient,automatedandintelligentoperationofrailtransitsystem,andthenetworkoperationmodebasedonresourcesharing,thetrainoperationcontrolsystemoftherailtransitwilldeveloptowardssystematization,informationne
5、tworking,intelligence,communication&signalintegration,standardizationandopenness.Thereductionofthecomplexityofthesystem,theshorteningofthetraintrackinginterval,andtheimprovementofsystemprotectionlevelwillleadtothereductionofthecostandcarbonfootprintandtheimprovementoftransportcap
