1、久咳不愈30例临床分析久咳不愈30例临床分析中图分类号:R256.11文献标识码：A文章编号：1672-3783(2008)-9-0047-02❷【摘要】目的探讨屮西医结合治疗久咳不愈的临床疗效。方法通过对30例久咳不愈患者予中药止咳、化痰、平喘治疗6~12天，不用西药的止咳药。外感咳嗽的基本方为：地骨皮10g、黄苓12g、桑白皮iog、川贝10g、黄连6g＞黄罠20g、防风10g＞白术10g＞白及10g＞杏仁10g＞百合10g＞五味子15g＞乌梅6g＞人参6g.甘草6g等；畏寒发热者加荆芥，配防风以发汗解表；咽燥声嘶者，加

2、麦冬以清利咽喉；胸膈痛者，加郁金、元胡以舒肝理气止痛。内伤咳嗽的基本方为：炙麻黄6g＞川贝20g＞半夏10g＞白前6g、款冬花10g、苏子10g、尊茁子10g、核桃仁10g、人参20g、杏仁10g、哈蛤1对、生石膏12g等；痰多肮闷者，加苍术、厚朴、慧及仁健脾燥湿化痰；食少腹胀者加莱服子以消食导滞，气行则痰行。并选用青霉索800万U静脉滴注，0.2%环丙沙星200ml或氧氟沙星200ml静脉滴注等进行抗感染治疗2〜3天后无显效，改为先锋V或先V。结果总有效率为95%o❷【关键词】久咳不愈临床分析❷❷30CasesofChro
