1、改良三点式重睑治疗上睑皮肤松弛改良三点式重睑治疗上睑皮肤松弛［摘要］目的：探索治疗上睑皮肤松弛的新方法。方法:159例重睑，其中A组96例采用传统重睑手术方式，B组63例患者采用改良三点式重睑术单纯切除上睑皮肤松弛部分，完全保留眼轮匝肌，于重睑线内中外三点处各切开眼轮匝肌约加山。于肌肉切口下去除睑板前组织，该三点处连睑板缝合皮肤，其余皮肤间断缝合。结果：A组96例患者重睑形态满意，术后6例患者术后出现切口瘢痕增生及重睑形态不满意等并发症，再次修复后形态满意,术后恢复时间(3±0.3)月。B组63例患者重睑形态满意，2例患者术后2个月时出现重睑消失，再次修复后形态满意，术后恢复时间1
