1、摘要捉要：在项目管理建设中，风险几乎无处不在。如何有效地识别、控制和管理风险，对项目的成功起着至关重要的影响。一个项目有可以预料的风险和不可预料的风险，通过对软件项口工程管理多年经验，整理出软件项口管理屮经常出现可预料的，风险及防范措施，希望对项目经理制定项目风险计划和进行风险防范等提供一-些有价值的帮助。项冃风险是指由于项冃所处坏境和条件本身的不确定性和主观上不能准确预见或控制影响因素，使项冃的最终结杲与项冃相关利益主体的期望产生背离,从而给项冃相关利益主体带来损失的可能性。风险一直是项目管理的重点和研究，本文通过作者多
