1、摘要本文根据实际工程自动化技术改造需要,完成了全自动剪板机智能控制系统的设计和调试。说明书首先探讨了全自动剪板机智能控制系统的实现方案,根据实际需要,在常规的PLC控制和单片机控制中选择了以单片机为主的控制方案。然后分析了单片机在自动控制系统的应用,对硬件电路中的主要环节:如输入输出接口的扩展、键盘和显示器电路、步进电机的驱动控制、继电器及CPU监控器X25045电路等给出设计思路和具体实现方法。对软件设计中的主要环节:如编程器仿真器环境、控制软件流程、主要功能模块实现方法、软件调试等进行了论述。考虑到自动控制系
