2、益严重的挑战，这是比以往更加复杂和危险的。不断提高我国企业对外直接投资水平，是实施国家富强战略的重要途径之一，是一项重大而深远的任务。它需要全社会的广泛参与和共同努力，包括政府、金融机构、社会组织，特别是各类企业。本文以我国对外投资的现状问题及对策研究为分析对象，第一部分，对选题背景、研究意义及内容以及研究方法进行探讨；第二部分，以国内文献研究为依据，进行了对直接对外投资相关理论基础的阐述；第三部分，分析我国对外直接投资的现状问题，并对现状及问题进行深入分析及探讨；第四部分，提岀我国对外直接投资的对策研究结论;第五
