1、用户手册2008.09中文版请仔细阅读本手册,以便操作、维护和保养好机组。1.只有接受过远大专业培训并取得作业员资格的人员才可操作远大机组,禁止非专业人员操作远大机组。2.本手册应妥善保存直到机组退役。3.本手册中介绍的产品如有技术革新,我们会及时通知您,以便您对产品进行技术升级。4.禁止擅自改变机组元件、结构及电气线路。5.机组运行环境机房温度:5~43℃相对湿度:85%以下周围环境:无灰尘、腐蚀性气体,更应避免含盐份或强酸碱性的环境,机房内或附近无震动。6.操作屏不要放置在温度和湿度会发生突变的

6、基本一致,故手册中凡与燃烧无关的内容均适合废热机。操作性内容知识性内容1常用信息2常用信息触摸式操作屏机组通电后,直接进入左图“监控”主界面。开机按“ON开机”键,经确认后此键变绿,机组依次启动空调水泵、冷却水泵,经自动检测并确认冷水和冷却水流量均满足要求后机组开始运行,实现制冷负荷的自动调节和自动安全保护。关机按“OFF稀释停机”键,经确认后燃烧机停火,机组进入稀释停机状态。高发温度逐渐降低,冷水温度逐渐升高,达到条件后稀释停机结束。一般需30~60分钟。注意:1.切忌用指甲或尖锐物体触及操作屏表
7、面。操作屏表面脏污时可用干净抹布浸水并拧干后再擦净。严禁用酒精等有机溶剂擦洗。2.“专业”界面只对远大服务工程师开放。3常用信息报警提示主界面若有故障提示,按故障警示闪烁图标,进入“故障记录”界面,可查看故障停机、故障报警、异常提醒的发生时间、恢复时间及故障名称。再按该故障项弹出故障信息,根据提示排除故障。在“检查”界面按[故障记录]也可进入“故障记录”界面,见第10页检查。4操作温度设置在主界面可以直接修改空调水出口、冷却水入口、高发温度设定值。设置时弹出“TENKEY”数字键盘,输入目标数字确认
8、即可。机组根据新设置温度自动进行负荷调节。如空调水出口设置为7℃,机组会自动将空调水出口温度控制在7℃左右。空调水出口温度:设置范围5~25℃,一般设置为8℃。当外界温度低时可适当提高目标温度,有利于节能,但太高会影响末端空调效果。当外界温度高时可适当降低目标温度,但目标温度过低会大大增加能耗。冷却水入口温度:设置范围22~34℃,一般设置为30℃。适当降低设置值,有利于提高机组出力。高发温度:设置范围120~161℃,一般设置为150℃。负荷小可设低,反之可适当提高
