1、对当前高原城市消防的问题及对策分析摘要：高原的城市绝大多数处在海拔较鬲(一般在2500—3500米、部分在35()0—4500米)、气候恶劣、温差较人的地理位置，城市人部分建筑是毗邻结构，主要以土、木、石结构相结合，重点以木结构为主。改革开放以來，高原城市经济发展有不同程度地进步，社会物质财富和对集中，用火用电量增加，导致火灾因素增多，火灾发生概率上升。高原城市的消防基础设施严重滞后，公民的消防意识不强并逐渐突出，消防设施、消防装备、消防队伍建设长期徘徊不前，维持低层次运行。随着社会的稳定和经济的不断发展，高原城市的消防设施、消防装备、消防队伍建设更血•临新的严峻考
2、验。近几年全国群死群伤的特人恶性火灾事故，充分证明城市人民政府如不引起足够的高度重视，将成为制约高原城市经济发展和影响人民生产、生活的重要因素Z-。深刻反思，“消防”已是一个全社会关注的话题，也是全社会共同关注的焦点问题，迫切需要在思想上、行动上建立一种全新实际的消防监督体制，采取行之有效的监督管理措施，切实加强和改进高原城市消防安全工作现状以促进消防工作和经济建设的顺利发展。关键词：高原城市；城市消防；工作现状；对策Abstract:Theplateauurbanoverwhelmingmajorityoccupiestheelevationtobehigh(in
