4、rmsanddefinitionforinformationwithintheITU-TandforinformationtoITU-RandIEC,andtoupdatesuchlistsregularly;recommend(1)thattheITU-T,withinitstermsofreference,shouldcontinueitsworkontechnicalandoperationaltermsanddefinitionwhichmayberequiredbyStudyGroupsinthecourseoftheirwork,thes
5、etermsanddefinitionsbeingpublishedregularlybytheITU-T;(2)thateachStudyGrouptaketheresponsibilityforterminologyinitsparticularareaofresponsibility;allnewtermsusedshallbedefinedandlistedinaspecificallylabelledsectionofeachreportpreparedbyStudyGroup,WorkingPartyorRapporteur;thefin
6、aldecisiononthedefinitionofa“newterm”restswiththeStudyGroup.(3)thatwhenestablishingtheuseanddefinitionofanewterm,theStudyGroup,andthoseentitiesresponsibletotheStudyGroup,shalltakeintoaccounttheestablisheduseofrelevanttermsanddefinitionsbyotherStudyGroupsinITU-TorITU-Raswellasth
