5、ulatedinMSC/Circ.561)anddecidedthat,tomaintaincompatibilitywithSOLAS,theamendmentsshouldbecomeaffectiveon1February1992.NewSection10.13,Radiolife-savingappliances,andnewchapter11,Radiocommunicationinstallations,introducedbytheamendmentsapplytoallMODUsthekeelsofwhicharela
