1、基于EDEM和3D打印成型的外槽轮排肥器排肥性能研究杨洲朱卿创孙健峰陈兆春张卓伟华南农业大学工程学院摘要:外槽轮排肥器是使用最广泛的排肥器2—,R前外槽轮排肥器结构和几何尺寸单一,无法适用不同肥料颗粒排肥需求,直接影响了排肥效果。EDEM为目前对于颗粒类仿真最有效的方法之一。采用测量和统计学方法获得肥料颗粒的三轴尺寸,以近似球体假设肥料颗粒形状,建立肥料颗粒和外槽轮排肥器的EDEM模型,通过改变槽轮的结构尺寸等,对其排肥过程进行仿真,分析外槽轮排肥器的排肥特性;3D打印成型设计槽轮,通过台架试验验证仿真结果的准确性。结果表明:
