1、我国工业化发展水平与发达国家相比比较低，以劳动密集型为主要特征的传统工业部门一一纺织业，是国民经济的支柱产业，是我国具冇较强国际竞争力而又受到高度保护的工业部门。年出口总额位居国内其他行业前列，对世界纺织品的供求平衡也起着至关重要的作用。据有关部门统计，我国自2001年11月入世后，纺织业在各方面取得了巨大的发展，到2010年出口额已达2065.4亿美元，出现了纺织业百花齐放的现象，各纺织业之间的竞争也是越来越激烈。然而，随着人民币升值的加快、出口退税的下降、劳动成本的提高尤其是金融危机的到來等因索的影响，我国纺织品出口面临着巨大的危机，在国际中的地

2、位正趋于下降之势。随着全球经济的发展，中国纺织品面临着一个机会与挑战并存，财富与风险同在的世界贸易市场。这就要求我们在把握好当前贸易的同时，修炼好“内功”，以求更好的发展。本文首先介绍世界及中国纺织业出口的历程，指出纺织业在我国岀口贸易中的重要地位。之后进一步从国内外环境、企业自身等方面，并结合经济危机及人民币升值等各种因索给我国纺织品出口带來的现实问题，分析了中国纺织业出口存在的问题及面临的挑战。最后在以上分析的基础上，从政府和纺织企业木身两个个方面，分别提岀了相应的对策和建议来解决这些问题,以提高我国纺织品出口的国际竞争力。关键词：纺织品出口贸易
