1、本科毕业论文（20届）CDM机制对水泥行业的机遇和挑战摘要：随着环境保护观念的发展以及我国加入《京都议定书》的日程发展，CDM机制在我国产生了巨大的现实需求。CDM，全称为碳交易清洁发展机制，其最为突出的特点就是允许发达国家和发展中国家进行项目级的减排量抵销额的转让与获得。CDM机制在改善全球气候变暖问题的同时，还使得发展中国家得到发达国家先进的环保技术和相关资金的支持。水泥行业作为典型的高能耗、高污染行业，是CDM机制运行的最佳试验田。我国水泥行业先天地具有发展薄弱、粗放型经济增长模式的弱点。通过引进CDM机制，可以为我国水泥行业的发展注入新的活力。CD

2、M项目的运行会为水泥企业带来先进的环境友好技术、科学的管理经验以及大量的国际融资。CDM机制是我国水泥行业实现经济发展方式转变的一大契机。但是不可避免地，CDM机制也对我国水泥行业的发展带来了一定的挑战。如果对这些问题处理不当，那么CDM机制是废还是宝都难以定论。本文通过对我国水泥行业发展概况的分析，结合CDM机制的理论基础，深入论述了展CDM机制对我国水泥行业发展所带来的机遇和挑战并提出相应的解决建议。关键词：CDM机制；水泥行业；机遇；挑战CDMmechanismofthecementindustry,theopportunitiesandchalle
