1、企业是国民经济的支柱，企业的发展状况决定着国民经济和社会能否稳定发展。而企业财务则是企业的命脉，企业财务状况的好坏直接影响到企业的生存和发展。随着市场经济的深入进行，我国企业在改革和发展过程中面临着越來越多、越來越复杂的财务风险。这些风险给企业经营造成了极人的冲击，并直接影响到整个国家的经济发展和社会稳定。研究企业财务风险的控制与防范问题，对于推进企业制度的建立和完善，保障企业更好的生存与发展，从而促进我国国民经济的健康、可持续发展，具冇明显现实意义和一定的学术价值。本文是以企业财务风险为研究对象，从财务风险的基本理论入手，研究企业财务风险的控制与防范问题。首先，从财务风险的
