1、摘要针对羞耻心缺失这一社会问题，本文从历史和心理的角度对耻感文化的形成背景、羞耻心的重耍作用、内在机制、培育原则和方法进行探讨。研究表明，我国特有的地理环境、经济方式孕育了独特的“耻，'感文化。先秦儒家思想建立在“耻”的基础Z上，重视“知耻”在封建社会的道德教化屮显现出了巨大的效用，对当今社会具有积极的借鉴意义。羞耻心的发生过程为：外在的道徳规范、行为准则通过一定的社会评价将一定的价值尺度渗透到人的意识中，使Z转化为道德意向，进而内化为羞耻心，反过來,羞耻心又促进个体加强自己的道德修养，成为约束
2、行为的内在心理机制。羞耻心作为道德的内在约束机制，是个体品德养成和社会良好风气形成的保证,无论是道徳教育还是社会教育都要将羞耻心的培育放在首要位置。羞耻心的培育要遵循循序渐进的原则，首先养成羞耻感这一心理及情感结构，然后通过道德认知的教化，随着主体意识的形成、发展，逐渐形成口我监督、控制的调节系统，成为个体道德的内在约束机制。其次要遵循知情结合的原则，羞耻心与道徳认知紧密相连，道徳认知是羞耻心培育屮不可缺少的环节。不同的个体体验到羞耻吋会采取不同的应对方式，因此，耍注重引导的原则。培育方法上耍注
