1、两坐标数控滑台设计(B)专业:学号:学生姓名:指导教师:摘要随着社会的不断发展,人们对物质需求的要求也越来越高,由此数控机床应运而生,数控加工的柔性好、精度高、生产效率高,可以改善工人的劳动条件,减轻工人的劳动强度,更有利于经济效益的提高,而由于数控机床的广泛使用,,也因此引发了机械制造业的革命性变化和发展,而数控滑台则是数控机床的一个缩影。此次设计是数控X-Y滑台,它是由机械系统、控制系统及接口电路等组成,机械系统主要是利用步进电机作动力源,因为他的性能好、性价比高;再通过联轴器带动滚珠丝杠的转动,进而使得螺母副产生在丝杠方向的直线移动,再由螺母副带动
2、工作台在X-Y方向的移动。而他的控制系统,考虑经济方面的因素,选择8031单片机进行控制。滚珠丝杠的选择是本次设计的重点与难点所在,而选择它作为各轴进给系统的传动机构,是因为它较同步带具有更好的传动平稳性,而且结构上也较为紧凑,能够确保加工时的精度。该滑台可应用于铳床和钻床的数控改造,而且改造简单方便,技术难度不大,可广泛应用。通过对数控X-Y工作台的机械系统、控制系统的设计,阐述了机电一体化系统设计中的共性和关键的技术,达到了预期的目的。关键词:数控滑台;设计;AbstractThedesignoftwocoordinatenumericalcontr
