4、viewsaboutnewlydevelopedbidirectionalinterfacesandinteractivecontrolmethodsofanthropomoiphicprosthetichandsaregivenindetails.Thentheoverallmethodologyisestablished,whichinterpretusers1controlintentionviasurfaceElectromyogram(sEMG)signalsandtransmitthesensor
5、informationtousersviaelectrocutaneousstimuli.Thepatternrecognitionmethod,acommonlyusedmethodtodecodetheuser'scontrollingintentionfromsEMGsignals,needsanumberofactivemusclesandcanbeeasilyaffectedbythevariationsofelectrode-skininterfaceandmusclefatigue.Toover
6、cometheshortcomingsofthepatternrecognitionmethod,anovelcontrolmethodbasedontheknowledgeofgrasptaxonomyandtheprincipleofFiniteStateMachine(SFM)isproposed.Thevalidationexperimentsshowedthat,themethodcanaccomplishthecombinedpositionandforcecontrolof85%ofhumanh
7、andgesturesinactivitiesofdailylife(ADLs)withonepairofagonist/antagonistmuscles.Thewholegraspingprocesswascompletedwithshorttimeandhighsuccessrate.Toeliminatetheinconveniencecausedbythelackofsensoryfeedback,anovelmulti-channelstimulatorbasedonthetechnologyof
