1、天津市农业保险模式研究摘要本文根据雇主赔偿责任在世界各国的发展，吸收国内外生产安全事故赔偿制度的成功经验。结合我国当前石化行业的生产安全现状与问题，对各国的生产安全事故赔偿制度进行归纳总结，分析各自的特点。根据我国的石化行业生产安全现状及需求，分析生产安全事故赔偿制度在我国发展的必然趋势及其作用。提出了雇主赔偿责任制度在我国的发展策略以及相关的对策，为完善我国生产安全事故赔偿制度提供可靠的理论依据。结合我国的石化行业情况，分析雇主赔偿责任制度发展的重点和存在的问题，并探讨雇主责任保险在我国发展所需要的条件，选择出适合我国石化行业生产安全事故的赔偿制度。本文研究表明：完
