2、sonsbyChinaDevelopmentBankandWorldbank,aGermanytechniqueforSMEloanbyInternationalProjectConsulting(IPC)wasintroducedtoChina,asortofcommercializingandsustainabletechnique,bywhichChinesedomesticformalbankscooperatedwithIPCtoserveforChinesesmallbusiness.BaoShangB
3、ank(BSB)wasoneofthefirstbanksofthesedomesticbanks,signinganagreementwithChinaDevelopmentBankonco-operativeprojectforSmallandMicro-EnterprisesloanontheNov23rd2005.AsaseriesofsupportivepoliciesproposedbyChinagovernmentforsmallandmicroenterprises,commercialbanksa
4、replayingaroleofnpioneernasprovidersoffunds.In2012SmallandMicro-Enterprisesloanhastakenagreatpartofcorporationloansinthebankindustry.As¥30billionfinancialbondsissuedbyIndustrialBankandY50billionfinancialbondsofMinshengBankapprovedrecently,financialbondsissuefo
5、rSMEhasbeenputonitsway.CuiTentlyalmost12bankssubmittedissuedapplicationsoffinancialbondsforSMEthatapproximatelyreachascaleof¥300billion.Accordingtothelatestreports,theSMElendingratesofthefirstfourbanksofChinasuchasIndustrialBankandCommercialBankofChina,Agricul
6、tureBankofChina,BankofChinaandChinaConstructionBankhasbeenfloatedup20%-30%basedonbenchmarkrate,andothercommercialbankslikeChinaMingshengBankalsofloatedSMEinterestrates.Fromthestrategicperspective,anumberofbankshaveregardedSMEasblueocean.Whichisworthytoconcerni
