2、能力差等问题.本系统采用Struts>JSP>JavaBean技术设计开发并釆用数据库SQLServer2005完成数据库设计及连接•能有效地管理企业内各种人力资源信息，使企业各部门工作人员都能及时，方便地获得所要人员的各种信息，以及对信息的组合条件查询，更新，管理员的密码设置和工资的统计发放等功能，从而提升企业的工作效率和竞争力，满足了现代企业管理的需要.最终实现一个能够满足企业办公网络化，白动化的管理需求，提高企业内部的管理水平的系统,该系统能全面提升企业在市场中的综合竞争力.关键词：办公自动化；收/发文管理；公告管理；文档管理；StrutsAbstra
