1、长城风骏5皮卡悬架的设计摘要悬架是汽车的车架与车桥或车轮之间的一切的传力连接装置的总称,其作用是传递作用在车轮和车架之间的力和力扭,并且缓冲由不平路面传给车架或车身的冲击力,并衰减由此引起的振动,以保证汽车能平顺地行驶。本文主要研究长城风骏5皮卡悬架的设计,主要分成了两个部分。第一部分是前悬架的设计,选取运动性能岀色的双叉臂独立悬架。首先确定悬架的挠度及刚度,然后计算扭杆弹簧的尺寸参数,并对其进行强度校核。对导向机构进行了详细的计算,并对下叉臂进行了强度校核,确保不会发生断裂。其次是横向稳定杆的设计计算,减振器的设计计算,然后基于ADAMS进行仿真分析,对分析结果进行优化。第二部分是后悬架的
