1、自动筛选系统首先是在工业发达的国家出现。随着工业生产的发展,大规模的生产的装置不断发展及大量的物流中心的岀现,大批量的物品筛选问题在过去依靠人工操作來完成的条件下已经变得力不从心。为解决这样的问题,口动筛选系统在电了工业的基础上逐渐产生了。自动筛选系统的出现解决了如今很多领域的难题,是生产环节得以连续和便捷,也节省了大量的人力和时间。同时也提高了筛选的精确性。对工业的发展有着重要的意义。精密滚柱自动筛选系统由S7-300PLC、光电传感器、电感测微器、相敏检波电路、电压放大电路、电控阀以及各种指示灯和主令器件组成的电气控制系统,实现精密滚柱直径筛选系统的控制。系统通过测量机构产生模拟电压信
