1、240t/h燃高焦炉混合煤气锅炉设计:(Q低温二1400千卡/标m3),设计的参数为215°C的给水温度,540°C的过热蒸汽温度,140°C的排烟温度,20°C的环境温度。本次设计计算了,炉膛,屏式过热器,高温过热器,低温过热器,高温省煤器,高温空气预热器,低温省煤器,低温空气预热器的结构计算和传热计算。以及对烟道阻力的计算和空气预热器的计算,引风机,送风机的选择。炉膛宽度取7.7米,顶棚宽4.675米,顶棚高4・2米,炉膛总高15.785米。屏式过热器取8片,纵向排数27,每片屏并联管了根数为12,第一根屏管高度4.2米,屏高度最大值4.559米,
2、屏的深度为1.244米。高温过热器横向管排数62,纵向管排数8,管长3.329,管簇深度0.76米。低温过热器横向管排数58,纵向管排数16,管长3.2•高温省煤器横向排数97.5,纵向排数26,受热面布置管长6.2。高温空预器横向管排数100,纵向管排数50,管箱高度1・44米。低温省煤器横向排数97.5,纵向排数64,受热面布置管长3.35米。低温空预器横向管排数100,纵向管排数50,管箱高度1.44米。木次设计屮,烟气在炉膛出口温度是1295.1°C,经过屏式过热器烟温下降至1183°C,在经过高温过热器烟温下降到1032.6°C,经低温过热器
3、温度下降到832.54C,经高温省煤器下降到449°C,经高温空气预热器降至382°C,经低温省煤器卜•降到222°C,经高温空气预热器降至146.7°C排烟。本次设计中,水的流程是215°C给水经低温省煤器加热到260°C,经高温省煤器加热到319.97°C,进入汽包,再经下降管,由水冷壁使饱和水变成319.97°C的水蒸气,经低温过热器将水蒸气加热到425・2°C,经屏将水蒸气加热到455.87°C,最后经高温过热器加热到540°C引岀做功。关键字:炉膛,过热器,省煤器,空气预热器。Abstract240t/hburningblastfurnace
