1、学校代码:学号:20112290301310128本科毕业设计说明书目:同煤集团四老沟二矿姓学系专班2.4Mt/a新井设计名:院:别:业:级:指导教师:二O—五年六月摘要木次设计是大同矿区四老沟矿11#,14#煤层。该矿位于大同煤出东北端,距大同市25Km,距口泉站5.3Km。井田内有公路贯穿,交通方便。据井田地质资料:该井田煤层平均厚度9m,经鉴定为低瓦斯矿井,瓦斯相对涌出量平均为瓦斯相对涌出量0.5774—1.3601m3/ton?/t。煤尘有爆炸危险性。煤的自燃倾向等级为易自燃。根据矿井涌水量预测,该矿井正常涌水量为122.5
2、m3/ho设计采用主斜副立单水平开拓方式,共开掘有两个进风井(主斜井、副斜井)和一个回风井。井出共划分有七个带区,开采煤层为11#。矿井采煤方法为综合机械化开采方式,综合机械化掘进,生产区队设置有:一个综采队和两个机掘队。矿井达产吋的首采工作面位于一带区101首采工作面,该带区划分为4个条带,工作面长度为240m,推进长度为1260m,回采顺序采用后退式、回采工艺中厚煤层单一走向长壁综合机械化采煤法,采用“三八"制作业制度。采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。关键词:矿井开拓、采煤方法、综合机械化采煤、运输提升、安全牛产。Abstract
