2、motingtheinnovationofthefinancialproductandtheimprovementofthetechnologyofthesupplychainmakestheconfirmingwarehousebusinessinevitabletothecommercialbanks.Therefore,howtocomplywiththedevelopmentofthesupplychainandthefinanceandhowtopreventthebusinessriskofthecommercialbankseffecti
3、velyatthesametimebecomesaurgentproblemtobesolvedfortheconfirmingwarehousebusiness.Basedontheexisitingresearchfindings,thispaperusesthemethodofcombiningtheorywithpracticeandthemethodofcombiningthenormativeanalysisandthepositiveanalysis.Meanwhile,italsoapplywiththeasymmetricinform
4、ationtheorytoanalysisthecreditriskofconfirmingwarehousebusinessofcommercialbanksandmakeapositiveanalysisonthebasisofthecaseofabranchoftheConstructionBank.Theresultsindicatefourmainproblemswhichleadtothepotentialcrisisofthecommercialbanks:firstly,theconfirmingwarehousebusinessisi
5、nthebeginningstateinChina;secondly,theriskpreventionmechanism,especiallythecreditriskpreventionmechanism,isimperfect;thirdly,wepayalotofattentiononthecrisiscontrolofcoreenterprises,butpaylittletotheupstreamanddownstreamenterprisesandtheThirdPartnerLogistics(TPL);finally,wehaveli
