4、>rj^rj^rj^系:材料科学与工程专业:现代材料连接(焊接)题目:[nconel625襟基合金振动焊接接头微观组织研究指导者:******教授评阅者:2017年6月6日毕业设计(论文)中文摘要题目:Inconel625鎳基合金振动焊接接头微观组织研究摘要:为了改善Inconel625镰基合金的焊接接头性能,解决焊接热裂纹与枝晶偏析等缺陷。本课题研究TIG焊焊接Inconel625基合金时,将机械振动导入到凝固中的熔池中干预熔池结晶后,观察Inconel625银基合金焊接接头的微观组
5、织变化。通过试验得到不同振动条件下Inconel625镰基合金熔合区和焊缝中心区的微观组织观察试验结果,并与无振动焊接下Inconel625镰基合金焊接接头微观组织对比。对比后发现,Inconel625镰基合金在焊接时,在合适的振幅区间内施加适当的振动条件会比无振动条件下获得性能更加良好的焊接接头组织,焊缝中心区与熔合区中粗大且具有较强方向性的柱状晶消失,生成分布较均匀的等轴晶,晶粒发生明显的细化。试验结果表明:将振动施加在Inconel625镰基合金焊接时,振动会打断熔池凝固时生成的粗大且有明显方向性的柱状晶,并生成较多等轴晶,使晶粒得到细化,较为明
