2、bstractWiththeReformandOpeningpolicy,theeconomicglobalizationandtheextensiveapplicationofavarietyofhigh-techtechnologyinsociallifeandeconomicspheres,especiallythepopularityofcomputernetworktechnology,themethodandscopeofmoneylaunderingobtainanunprecedenteddevelopmentinourcountry.Moneylaunderingisaser
3、iousInternationalcrime,whichhasbecomeathreattothewholesociety.Therefore,theinternationalcommunityandallcountriespaymuchattentiontotheestablishmentoftheanti-moneylaunderinglawsystem,especiallytheconstructionandperfectionoftheanti-moneylaunderingcriminallegislation,inordertocounterattackthemoneylaunde
4、ringactivitiesandthenlimitthedevelopmentsofits“uppercrimes”,finallykillthelifelineofcriminalorganizations.Ourcountryisoneofthejointpledgesignatorystatesofaseriesofanti-moneylaunderinginternationalconventions,inordertofulfillitsinternationalobligations,ChinahasestablishedthecrimeofmoneylaunderinginCr
5、iminalLawOfThePeople’sRepublicOfChina,andexpandedtheoffenseofmoneylaunderingpredicateoffensesinAmendentⅥTotheCriminalLawOfThePeople’sRepublicOfChina.Thescopeis,however,stillkindofnarrow,remainingacertaindifferencetothedefinedlimitsofinternationalconventionswehavesigned.Onlybyhavingthescopeofmoney-la
6、underingpredicateoffensesexpandedandrecognizingallseriouscrimeofillegalproceedsasthecrimeofmoneylaunderingpredicateoffenses,canweeffectivelycombatmoneylaundering.Thisarticlestartedwiththelegislationofuppercrimeofmoneylaundering,elaboratedtheconcretescopeofChina’spresentCriminallaw,andhasmadetheconcr
