1、摘要安全文化思想的提出，使人类在实现安全生存和保障企业安全牛产的行动中，增添了新的策略和方法。金业安全文化是企业文化不可少的重要纽成部分,是企业文化的内涵和延伸。化工企业安全文化建设对化企业发展将起到非常重要的推动和促进作用，企业应站在战略高度，充分认识安全文化建设的重要性和必要性，扎扎实实将金业安全文化建设做好，使其真正发挥作用。本文从研究的背景为入口阐述了化工企业安全文化建设的意义与重耍性。随后论文阐述安全文化的基本理论，分析安全文化的影响因素，化工企业安全文化的内容，化工企业安全文化的特点，化工企业的安全文化功能。通过对化工企业安全文化现状的研究与问题分析，从而提岀化工
