1、摘要奖学金评定是高校学生管理工作屮常见而且很重要的一项工作，它涉及到每个学生的切身利益，既能够有效促进学生德智体的全而发展，又对教育的发展有所推动，而且为人类的全面发展奠定基础。但目前高校简单的人机结合评定模式、低效的信息化管理导致工作效率低下、误差较大、数据更新慢、缺乏公开公正性、造成人力物力的极大浪费等问题，以致无法满足高校扩招、奖学金项目多的需要。因此，有必要推动高校奖学金项目信息化的管理，以使奖学金评定规范化、制度化、项目化，提高管理水平，降低管理成本。基于此，木文分析了国内外的研究情况，界定了高校奖学金概念，概述了高校奖学金管理项目信息化，并总结了三维结构理论、3T模式等理论
2、，从业务需求、功能需求、非功能需求等分析了奖学金项目信息化需求，以泉州师范学院为例，重点论述了其奖学金信息化管理现状、面临的问题，并结合SWOT分析法分析了高校奖学金项口信息化面临的优劣势和机遇挑战，特提出采取面向对象的开发方法，采取以MyEclipse为开发平台，以C#为前台开发工具，以SQL-Server2005建立后台数据库，并采用C/S模式，以相应的软硬件开发环境为基础进行开发，对系统各个供能模块、数据库、系统界面、输入输出进行了分析和设计，最后通过编程实现了学牛基木信息模块和综合奖学金模块，通过添加、删除、修改、查询等加以检验。从而保证奖学金信息系统能够根据不同的用户来设置不
