2、在风荷载以及地震作用下的内力包括梁柱端弯矩剪力轴力。根据最不利又有可能的原则对框架进行内力组合包括永久荷载效应控制组合、可变荷载效应控制组合以及地震作用参与控制组合。根据内力组合结果，对梁柱进行截面配筋设计包括正截面抗弯计算、斜截面抗剪计算以及柱轴压比验算。根据框架柱内力结果，设计基础包括初定基础尺寸、基础抗冲切验算、基底应力验算、最后计算基础内力并配筋。本文用弹性理论计算双向板内力包括跨中弯矩以及支座弯矩并以此为依据对板进行配筋。关键词：框架结构；结构设计；内力计算；内力组合；配筋Thedesign
