1、用卜环糊精作为粘结剂压片时,片剂的硬度和脆碎度可满足要求;以碳酸氢钠为发泡剂,可有效的促进片剂溶解,并对二氧化氯的产生起到促进作用;采用包衣技术可有效的增加片剂的稳定性,得到较好的效果。⑷依据《屮国药典2005年版》和卫生部2005版《消毒技术规范》对制备的亚氯酸钠■活化体系片剂的相关性能进行分析。分析得到:该片剂的平均片重为0.1548g,各片二氧化氯的平均含量为6.867mg(于水中反应30min后),片重差异在.4.65%〜6.91%之间,平均硬度和脆碎度分别为38.78N和0.56%,且平均崩解时限为655s;该片剂于水中
