1、毕业设计论文全自动热电偶温度检定系统设计43摘要热电偶是一种常用的温度传感器,应用相当广泛。在长期工作过程中,热电偶性能会发生改变,产生测温误差。我国计量法规定,在热电偶的使用过程中需要进行周期性的检定和修正,以确保热电偶温度计测温的准确性。论文在分析热电偶检定规程的基础上,介绍了热电偶自动检定系统的整体设计方案、硬件组成、软件设计和主要技术问题的解决方法。选用HH54P小型继电器和开关量控制接口卡PC-6408,组成多通道扫描装置,配合高精度可程控的多功能测试仪表FLUKE289,实现检定数据的自动采集;采用模糊控制和PID控制相结合的算法,对检定炉温度进行控制,
2、实现PID参数的自动整定,使炉温升温速度快、调节时间短、恒温效果好;系统监控软件采用模块设计方法,功能齐全,界面友好,操作灵活方便。本论文所设计的热电偶自动检定系统,工作稳定,符合热电偶检定规程的要求,达到了设计要求。系统具有很好的扩充性,可以方便简单地增加新的热电偶检定类型;缩短了检定时间,提高了工作效率;操作简单,减轻了劳动强度;自动检定,提高了自动化水平。关键词:热电偶;自动检定;模糊控制;PID参数整定;数据采集AutomaticThermocoupleTemperatureCalibration43SystemDesignAbstractThermocou
