5、························································8IT/CEC215—2019前言本标准与NB/T33008.1—2018《电动汽车充电设备检验试验规范第1部分:非车载充电机》和T/CEC214—2019《电动汽车非车载充电机高温沿海地区特殊要求》结合使用。带有号码101、102、103等的条款是NB/T33008.1—2018《电动汽车充电设备检验试验规范第1部分:非车载充电机》中相同条款的附加条款。本标准中新增的附录以AA、BB等命名。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由能源行业电动汽车充电设施标准化技术委员会(

6、NEA/TC3)归口。本标准主要起草单位:中国电力企业联合会、国家电网有限公司、国网电力科学研究院有限公司。本标准参与起草单位:国网电动汽车服务有限公司、许继电源有限公司、海南绿色能源与环境工程技术研究院、中国能源建设集团广东省电力设计研究院有限公司、国网江苏省电力有限公司、国网浙江省电力有限公司。本标准主要起草人:周丽波、张艳、张萱、王阳、王可、施玉祥、叶建德、何雪枫、韦浩睿、许庆强、周季、张虎润、李旭玲、桑林、董晨、张杨、罗扬帆、古韶辉、裴璐遥、胡健坤。本标准为首次发布。本标准在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化管理中心(北京市白广路二条一号,100761)。I

7、IT/CEC215—2019电动汽车非车载充电机检验试验技术规范高温沿海地区特殊要求1范围本标准规定了我国长江以南的高温沿海地区使用的符合NB/T33001—2018《电动汽车非车载传导式充电机技术条件》规定的非车载传导式充电机(下文简称充电机)的检验规则和试验方法。本标准在NB/T33008.1—2018《电动汽车充电设备检验试验规范第1部分:非车载充电机》的基础上,特别针对高温沿海地区特殊要求提出对充电机的试验项目和试验方法。建设地点容易直接受到海水侵
