4、reattentiontoAfricancountries.Uganda'senvironmentministryformulatedtheactionplanonclimatechange,increasetheinvestmentinthefieldofscienceandtechnologyandthepubliceducation,improvethepublic'sperceptionofclimatechange.ZambianPresidentrupiahbandarecentlypointedoutthatadaptt
5、otheeffectsofclimatechangeisagovernmentpriority.Zambia'simportancetotheroleoftheforestintheaspectofgreenhousegasesabsorb,willassessforestpolicythisyear,atthesametime,thenationalclimatechangestrategyisinpreparation.SouthAfricaheldeveryyearsince2005,aclimatechangeconferen
