6、本标准规定了铁道货车防溜紧固器(以下简称“紧固器,’)一般要求、材料要求、性能要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和包装。本标准适用于铁道货车在线路上停留时,由人工在地面拧紧手制动机防止车辆溜逸的各类型紧固器。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。GB/1'699-1999优质碳素结构钢技术条件GB/1'700-1988碳素结构钢GB/1'3077-1999合金结构钢
7、技术条件GB/1'15729-1995扭力扳手通用技术条件TB/1'894-1999链环TB/T1464-1991铁道机车车辆用碳钢铸件通用技术条件3一般要求3.,紧固器应按照规定程序批准的图样及有关标准制造。3.2紧固器应能在配置水平轮链式(链式)、脚踏式、垂直轮齿轮传动式的铁道货车上安装使用。3.3紧固器应能在空间任意角度范围内与TB/T894-1999中杆径10mm--14mm的链环方便牢靠联接,拆卸方便。3.4紧固器的使用不应损坏或改变铁道货车原有结构。3.5紧固器应使用其配套的专用工具紧固和拆卸。3.6紧固器配套专用工具的设计扭矩等
8、性能应符合〔.B汀15729-1995规定。3.7紧固器应在易观察部位徐醒目的安全色。3.8紧固器应操作简单灵活,携带方便,耐磕碰摔打;安全使用寿命5年。3.9紧固
