3、le-incomecountries.For22ofthe23countries,anyincreaseintherateofskilledemigrationleadstoadeclineinthesteady-stateproportionofskilledworkers・Thisisbecauseincreasingemigrationratesdoesnotaffectcurrentschoolingcostswhicharebindingatthemargin.Iprovidesomeempirical
