1、在紫外光照射环境中,以聚丙烯薄膜为基材,采用二苯甲酮作为实验光敏剂媒介,实现N,N—二甲基十四烷基对乙烯基节基氯化钱的成功接枝,同时在实验中重点分析溶剂浓度、光照时间及光敏剂的浓度对反应结果的影响程度;确定本反应的最佳实现条件,即光照吋间1.5min>光敏剂浓度0.20g/mL>溶剂浓度0.20g/mL^接枝率为17.00pg/mm2o然后通过相应的XPS、SEM等技术测试,对接枝后的基材表面的物化特性进行分析,确定接枝反应的实际效果。相关测试结果充分证明:本文设计的接枝方案完全可行;通过抑菌圈法和TT
2、C活性实验得出:季镀盐单体具有快速有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的繁殖和活性的功能。在单体抗菌性实验的基础上,木文提出了多酸与季鞍盐复合双活性中心抗菌剂,通过紫外光接枝反应附着到聚丙烯材质表面层,实现一种全新的表层抗菌性材料组合,并通过同等条件的测试技术进行新产物的物化特征表征,并与季胺盐单体的表征结果进行比对,结果表明:双活性中心抗菌剂比季钱盐单体稳定,且抑菌能力更强。关键词:聚丙烯膜;紫外光接枝;杂多酸季镀盐;抗菌性AbstractUndertheenvironmentwithultraviole
