1、AnnualInspectionMeasuresfortheMembers(2014)Article1ThisMeasuresareformulatedunderrelatednationallaws,regulationsandtermsofMembershipManagementMeasures(2014)andApproachesforViolationandDefault(2014)ofGuangdongPreciousMetalsExchange(hereinafterrefertoas"theExchange")topromotetheindustrystand

2、ardsandsounddevelopmentofthepreciousmetalstradingandtostrengthenthemanagementofthemembersoftheExchange.Article2TheExchangeadoptsannualinspectionmeasureonmanagingthemembers.TheannualinspectioninthisMeasurereferstoasupervisionandmanagementsystemthatconsistsofperiodicalinspectionbytheExchange

3、,conductingunderthelawsandregulationswithinaspecifiedtimeeachyear,onthemembership,suchasmembershipqualifications,businessactivitiesandregistration®irregularities,servicequalitiesandpaymentoffees,accordingtothematerialssubmittedbythemembers.Article3ThisMeasuresisappliedtotheentitieswhoobtai

4、nedthemembershipfromtheExchange.Article4IntheperiodduringJuly1andAug31,themembersshallapplytotheExchangetoprocessannualinspectionasrequired.Intheconditionofdelay,themembersshallapplytotheExchangefordelayoftheannualinspectionbeforeJuly31.OncetheExchangeapproves,thedelayispermitted.Amemberwh

5、oentersbeforeJune30intheyearshallapplyforannualinspection;otherwise,themembershalltakeannualinspectionfromthenextyear.Article5AnnualinspectionmaterialsshallbesubmittedtotheExchangebythecomplexmembers,clearingmembers,industrymembersandservicemembersbytheendofthethirdbusinessweekofJulyeachye

6、ar.ThebrokeragemembersshallsubmitthematerialstothecomplexmemberswithwhothebrokeragememberssignedtheCooperationAgreementBetweenComplexMembersandBrokerageMembersbytheendofthesecondbusinessweekofJulyeachyear.ThecomplexmembersshallcollectandsubmitthematerialsfromtheirbrokeragememberstotheExcha

7、ngeduetheendofthethirdbusinessweekofJuly.Article6Membersareresponsiblefortheirannualinspectionmaterialstobelegal,compliant,authenticandeffective.Article7ThemembersshallgototheExchangeandacceptannualinspectioninthespecifiedperiod;Membersshallapplyforannualinspe
