5、y1,000peopleovertheageof60.In2001,thestateintroducedthe"StarlightPlan一NationalCommunityWelfareServiceforElderlyPeople：ByJune2004,atotalof32,000StarlightHomesforElderlyPeoplehadbeenbuiltorrebuiltinurbanandruralareasalloverChina,withatotalinvestmentof13.49billionyuan.SocialWelfareforChildrenAccording
6、torelevantlawsandregulations,suchasthe“LawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaontheProtectionofMinors^andthe"EducationLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,，thestateprovidescomprehensivewelfareforchildrenincludingeducationandplannedimmunization,andtakesspecialcaretoensurethelivelihood、recoveryandeducationofchild
