3、lowsforcomplyingwith.甲乙双方经友好协商，甲方和乙方一致同意签订以下合同，以便共同遵守。3.Object:合同标的物PartyBshoulddesignandproducetheMolds.TheunitpriceforthemoldsmentionedabovebasedonRMB(included17%vat),whichineludesthedesign,produce,trialruncostandanyothercostabouttheMoldsbeforetheplasticssamplehavebeenapprovedbyPartyA.乙方根据甲方提供的

6、ectionandacceptanee.PartyAwilldecidetoleasetheMoldstoPartyB,thenPartyBshallusethemtoproduceplasticpartsintheirownfactory.Inperiodofleaseterm,thedamageanddestroyriskofmoldsisbornebyPartyB,PartyBshouldkeepthemoldsingoodcondition,andbearanycostofmaintain.经甲方验收合格后，模具的所有权即归甲方所有.甲方视情况将模具寄存在乙方工厂并且委托乙方进行
