2、（净/毛吨）：RegisterNumber（登记号码）：hereinaftercalledtheVessel,onthefollowingtermsandconditions：Definitions“Bankingdays”aredaysonwhichbanksareopenbothinthecountryofthecurrencystipulatedforthePurchasePriceinClause1andintheplaceofclosingstipulatedinClause8.“Inwr

3、iting"or“written”meansaletterhandedoverfromtheSellerstotheBuyersorviceversa,aregisteredletter,telex,telefaxorothermodernformofwrittencommunication."ClassificationSociety"or“Class”meanstheSocietyreferredtoinline4.1.PurchasePrice2.DepositAssecurityforthe

4、correctfulfillmentofthisAgreementtheBuyersshallpayadepositof10%（tenpercent）ofthePurchasePricewithinbankingdaysfromthedateofthisAgreement.ThisdepositshallbeplacedwithandheldbytheminajointaccountfortheSellersandtheBuyers,tobereleasedinaccordaneewithjoint
