4、uldseekinputintoaproject,aswellasapprovalforproposalsoncetheyaredeveloped.Withthisinmind,itshouldbenotedthatconsultationonpublicartcommissioninghastonowbeseeninthecontextoftheincreasingGovernmentrequirementforcommunityinvolvement,aspartoftheSustainableDevelopmentagenda.PlanningPolicyState
