2、P技术、SQL后台数据库技术及Win2000server+IIS+ASP系统的一般原理，然后设计了新闻管理系统、用户管理系统。分析说明了实验室新闻发布系统的数据库结构、工作原理、实现功能，并且利用ASP技术实现新闻的自动创建，新闻的浏览、检索、审核、修改和删除。后台新闻管理系统和用户管理系统实现了对新闻和用户的各项管理。系统利用数据库技术动态存储新闻内容，利用ASP技术动态显示新闻纪录。利用新闻模板自动创建新闻文件，实现了相关新闻和新闻评论功能，并利用数据库技术，动态地显示出推荐新闻信息和热点新闻信息。用新闻模版实现新闻代码的自动生成、利用组建技术
