1、东北林业大学本科毕业论文广西藤县林权纠纷问题的研究姓名：区学英专业：法学年级：2009学号：2010013009指导老师:凌尚松答辩日期：成绩：12内容摘要作者从自身在县林改办工作的实际出发，针对我国现阶段普遍存在的农村林权纠纷这一突出问题进行深入的调查、分析与研究。以广西山区生态大县——藤县为例，剖析了当前林权纠纷的主要原因有历史、人为和利益驱动等三方面的原因；客观地分析了当前林权纠纷的成因是因为国家政策多变、政府过度干预、林权流转不规范、林业资源升值和村民博弈能力的增强而造成的；总结了林权纠纷的特点和表象，把当前农村林权纠纷问题分成了林木林地权属纠纷、林地承包合同纠纷、林权

2、流转合同纠纷和林地承包、林权流转合同涉及民主议定原则而引发的纠纷等四类；研究出了解决当前农村林权纠纷的对策。给政府和执法部门调处当前农村林权纠纷问题提供第一手材料，为加快林权制定改革和构建安定的农村社会提供了理论依据。关键词：农村林权纠纷研究Abstract:Basedonthepracticalworkingexperienceinthecountyforestryreformationoffice,theauthorcarriedoutthoroughinvestigation,analysisandresearchintotheoutstandingproblemoffo
